The Black Royalty coaching team are experienced educators skilled in assessing school culture and providing practical advice for navigating a career in education. We work with individuals and institutions to build inclusive communities of belonging and retain educators of color.

At our core, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are crucial to creating a thriving learning environment for all students and educators. Our team has extensive experience working with educators across the country to identify areas of growth and develop actionable strategies to promote a sustainable culture of inclusivity and respect.

Our assessments are designed to provide tangible feedback to school leaders, administrators, and faculty on how to implement culturally responsive pedagogical practices that will best serve our students. We take a data-driven approach, utilizing surveys, focus groups, and other tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of your school's culture.

Our team recognizes the importance of retaining educators of color, as they bring unique perspectives and experiences that are invaluable to the learning environment. We will work intentionally to build collaborative relationships and provide ongoing support to help educators of color thrive.

We are committed to partnering with educators and schools to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as key elements of a healthy learning environment. Members will receive monthly 1-on-1 calls, tangible tips to effectively manage the additional responsibilities in an independent school environment, access to exclusive network events, a personalized approach centered on their career/life goals and more!
